Pantene Just 35 Cents Each (Time To Stock Up!)

WOW if you need hair care, get ready to RUN to HEB this week for a crazy grab on Pantene as part of the new $5 P&G catalina promo!

Next, check out how the math will work out:

• Pantene Shampoo & Conditioner -- assorted varieties priced starting at $3.47 per bottle, with a $5 off $20 basket coupon available the HEB mobile app starting on 10/30. (If you're not familiar with how basket coupons work, go here for my how-to guide!)
• Crest Pro-Health Toothpaste -- priced at $2.97 per tube.
• Buy six bottles of Pantene and two boxes of Crest for a pre-coupon price of $26.76.
• Enter your digital app info at checkout to use your $5 off $20 basket coupon.  That knocks your price down to $21.76 for all eight items.
• Next, use two $5 off 3 Pantene coupons and two $2 off Crest coupons, all from the 10/30 P&G inserts.
• Pay $7.76 out of pocket for all eight items, then receive your $5 catalina to use later in November.
• That's like a final price of $2.76 for all eight items, or only 35 cents apiece!

FAIR WARNING: Catalina promotions at HEB are getting more and more popular with couponers, but cashiers (and stores!) aren't always up to speed when a new promotion starts.

So if you want to pick this up, be prepared to follow up with the manager on duty if your catalina doesn't print and/or your cashier isn't familiar with the promotion.  

It's much easier to get this addressed at the register or immediately after you shop, although you can go back in the next day to talk to a manager if it's necessary.  

You can also request your reprinted catalina online, although obviously you will have to wait longer to get the new catalina mailed to you.  Also, note that you can only request ONE reprinted catalina per promotion -- another reason to get everything resolved right away at the store!
