I had a good time hitting up my HEB this morning!
This will be an easy haul for anyone to duplicate, because I used NO newspaper coupons or printable manufacturer coupons.
Instead, I only used yellow HEB coupons, printable HEB coupons, and a bunch of digital HEB coupons.
I also had a couple of Ibotta rebates mixed in!
So my final tally went from $52.52 (what everything would have cost if I paid full price) down to just $17.07 after all sales and discounts.
That's about 67% off original shelf price!
Here's the breakdown of what I bought:

Here's the breakdown of what I bought:
- Gold Peak Diet Tea -- on sale for $1, with an $1 Ibotta rebate available. So FREE after rebate!
- Heritage Dog Food Sample Pack -- on sale for $1.50 per bag, with a $2 off digital HEB coupon available. So FREE! (NOTE: HEB coupons don't offer overage.) If you're not familiar with the HEB mobile app & digital coupon program, go here for my quick video tour!
- Bananas -- priced at 48 cents per pound, and my three weighed in at 25 cents. There's a 20 cents off Ibotta rebate, so I spent a final price of five cents.
- HEB Pretzel Sticks -- priced two bags for $3. I used both the 50 cents off digital HEB coupon (limit one use per transaction) plus the $2 off 2 salty snacks coupon. So my final price was 50 cents for both, or just a quarter per full-size bag!
- HEB Diced No Salt Tomatoes -- priced at 67 cents each, with a 20 cents off digital HEB coupon available. So just 47 cents per can.
- HEB Refried Charro Beans -- priced at 98 cents per can, with a 50 cents off digital HEB coupon available. So just 48 cents!
- HEB Rosemary & Olive Oil Cornbread Mix -- on sale for $1.50 per bag, with a $1 off digital HEB coupon available. So 50 cents!
- Sheba Canned Cat Food -- priced at two for $1. No coupons -- I forgot and left them at home -- so I bought only what the cats need for tonight and tomorrow, and I'll go back with my coupons tomorrow afternoon. If you want these, there's a Buy 5 Get 5 Free coupon from the 6/7 Red Plum you can use that will knock your price down to 25 cents each!
- HEB Texas Tough Slider Storage Bags -- priced at $1.68 per bag, with a $1 off digital HEB coupon available. So that price dropped to 68 cents!
- Velveeta Cheesy Skillets -- two boxes priced at $1.97 each, with a yellow BOGO HEB coupon available in store. So that's 99 cents each after coupon!
- HEB Banana Bread Mix -- on sale for $2, with a $1 off digital HEB coupon available. So that was just a buck!
- L'Oreal Go 360 Facial Cleanser -- priced at $4.37 per bottle, with $3 off yellow HEB coupons available in store. I bought three -- this is my favorite face wash!
- HEB Sliced Colby Jack Cheese -- on sale for $1.47 per pack.
- HEB Fully Cooked Sloppy Joes -- marked down to just $1.50 per pack (normally a whopping $6.98 each!) Check your HEB mobile app to see if your store has these on sale too.
- HEB Bake Shop 100% Whole Wheat Bread -- priced at $1.88 per loaf, with a 20 cents off Ibotta rebate available.
So after all of my store markdowns and coupons, I spent $18.47 out of pocket, and then I had $1.40 worth of Ibotta rebates to redeem.
That dropped my final price down to just $17.07!
I think this is a great example of how you can still save money at HEB, even if you don't have loads of coupons and inserts to work with.
What deals have YOU scored this week? I'd love to hear about your hauls in the comments!
HEB Organics EVOO 17 oz normally $4.58, marked down to $3.66. Used $1/1 HEB digital coupon.
