It looks like HEB is implementing some fairly strict purchasing guidelines in the wake of this week's coronavirus emergency.
Here's the most current list (as of 3/13) taken from their HEB Newsroom site:
It's important to realize that this is a maximum and not a guarantee -- I suspect that even this amount of product may not be available (at least temporarily) at many stores.
