The super popular $5 off $15 L'Oreal basket coupon is back in the HEB mobile app through February 11, 2020! This coupon is good on hair care, hair color, or cosmetics.
And since it's a basket coupon, remember you can use it with manufacturer coupons or yellow HEB coupons for additional savings!

We have quite a few different ways to mix and match this coupon, but here's an idea if you just want to freshen up your cosmetic bag:
- L'Oreal Paris True Match Foundation -- assorted shades priced at $9.13 each. We should be receiving a digital $2 off manufacturer coupon in the HEB mobile app beginning 2/9 that we can also use!
- L'Oreal Paris True Match Concealer -- assorted shades priced at $8.21 each.
- Buy one of each item for a pre-coupon price of $17.34.
- Enter your digital app info at checkout to use your $5 off $15 basket coupon, as well as the $2 off digital coupon. That drops your price down to $10.34 for both items.
- Next, give the $2 off L'Oreal coupon projected to arrive in the 2/9 RetailMeNot inserts (assuming your area receives these.)
- Your final price drops to $8.34 for both items, or only $4.17 each!
