Wow! The super popular $5 off $15 L'Oreal basket coupon is back in the HEB mobile app through February 11, 2020! This coupon is good on hair care, hair color, or cosmetics.
And since it's a basket coupon, remember you can use it with manufacturer coupons or yellow HEB coupons for additional savings!

We have quite a few different ways to mix and match this coupon, but here's an idea if you just want hair color:
- L'Oréal Paris Excellence Créme Permanent Hair Color -- priced at $8.21 per box.
- Buy two boxes for a pre-coupon price of $16.42.
- Enter your digital app info at checkout to use your $5 off $15 basket coupon, which knocks your price down to $11.42 for both boxes.
- Next, use the $5 off 2 Excellence coupon projected to arrive in the 2/9 RetailMeNot inserts (assuming your area receives them.) I suspect this manufacturer coupon will also show up Sunday in the HEB mobile app, based on past experience -- so you can check there if you don't have access to the RMN.
- Your final price drops down to $6.42 for both boxes, or just $3.21 apiece!
