• Tresemme Pro Collection -- priced at $4.94 per bottle, with a $3 off $9 basket coupon available in the HEB mobile app starting 1/1. (If you're not familiar with how basket coupons work, go here for my how-to guide!)  
• Buy two bottles for a pre-coupon price of $9.88.
• Enter your digital app info at checkout to use your $3 off $9 basket coupon.  That drops your price down to $6.88.
• Next, piggyback the $4 off 2 coupon projected to arrive in the 1/5 RetailMeNot inserts.  NOTE: Not all papers currently receive the RMN.
