Must spend $15.00 or $30.00 on two (2) or more participating products in one transaction after all other discounts and coupons. Sales tax is not included towards purchase. Complete rebate registration and upload a valid purchase receipt for the qualifying products showing purchase date, purchase location and purchase price. Limit one per household. Purchase receipt must be dated 7/28/19 - 8/18/19. Purchase receipt must be submitted by 9/8/2019. Rebates will be sent via PayPal. Allow one to two weeks for PayPal deposit. Incomplete submissions will not be honored.
