Head & Shoulders Just $1.35 (Usually $5.94!)

Here's yet another really REALLY good grab at HEB this weekend -- this one on Head & Shoulders hair care!

Next, check out how the math will work out:

• Head & Shoulders Classic Clean Anti Dandruff Shampoo & Conditioner -- priced at $5.94 per bottle, with a $4 off $12 basket coupon available on H&S starting 4/24. (If you're not familiar with how basket coupons work, go here for my how-to guide!)
• Head & Shoulders Pre-Wash Mask Dandruff Treatment -- priced at $1.97 per pack.
• Buy four bottles of hair care and one hair mask for a pre-coupon price of $25.73.
• Give two $4 off $12 basket coupons FIRST to knock your price down to $17.73.
• Next, use two $3 off 2 Head & Shoulders coupons projected to arrive in the 4/28 P&G inserts.
• Pay $11.73 out of pocket for all five items, then receive your $5 catalina coupon to use later on.
• That's like a final price of $6.73 for everything, or only $1.35 apiece!

FAIR WARNING: Catalina promotions at HEB are getting more and more popular with couponers, but cashiers (and stores!) aren't always up to speed when a new promotion starts.

So if you want to pick this up, be prepared to follow up with the manager on duty if your catalina doesn't print and/or your cashier isn't familiar with the promotion.  

It's much easier to get this addressed at the register or immediately after you shop, although you can go back in the next day to talk to a manager if it's necessary.  

You can also request your reprinted catalina online, although obviously you will have to wait longer to get the new catalina mailed to you. 

Also, note that you can only request ONE reprinted catalina per promotion -- another reason to get everything resolved right away at the store!
